All Marmala pieces are handmade with care. Due to the nature of small-scale production, slight variations may occur.

Custom Orders
Custom pieces require a €30 non-refundable deposit to begin production. This deposit secures your order and covers initial materials & time. Please allow additional time for custom orders. Timelines will be discussed individually.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes custom made items. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing your order. If you have any questions feel free to reach out before buying.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on order volume but you can usually expect between 2 weeks to a month. Marmala is not responsible for delays caused by postal service. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. I am not liable for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
